Need computer savvy help

Looking for someone patient who can retrain me in simple computer/ phone operations. I have had brain surgeries and am having difficulty getting back pretty basic skills I once had. This isn’t a long term job but I need someone who can be available to refresh the basics and perhaps help me from time to time as I keep running into once simple tech things that are just gone and I need to be reminded of the process.
