C&R Real Estate Services Co. is seeking a Porter for two amazing storage facilities, Raceway Storage and Meadows “ www.lebanonoregonstorage.com. Raceway Storage and Raceway Meadows have a total of 530 units combined. These two storage facilities are located in Lebanon, OR. The Storage Facility Porter is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and cleanliness of these two storage facilities. This includes walking and inspecting the property daily, maintaining the buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, trash areas, light bulbs, and more as directed by the Storage Facility Property Manager.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the cleanliness of landscaping including watering and removal of trash by walking the property daily and providing a report to Storage Facility Property Manager

Paint curbs, pressure wash, and lock and unlock common spaces

Post notices and snow/ice removal.

General weeding throughout the property, spreading bark in beds, re-grading gravel as needed.

Perform minor maintenance service for interiors (i.e. replace smoke alarm batteries, remove/replace switch covers, replace light bulbs, tighten loose screws, cut locks, etc.)

Clean and stock all restrooms at the facility and clean office as directed by supervisor.

Assist with property inspections.

Additional duties may be assigned to meet the needs of the property.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment utilizing all required personal protective equipment.

Ability to physically and mentally endure periods of high stress while maintaining stability of performance and personality.

Possess reliable transportation, valid drivers license with a clean driving record, and proof of insurance.

Ability to transport necessary tools such as power washer equipment between both properties.

Able to operate and drive a golf cart (if necessary).

At 15 hours a week, you will be considered a part-time employee. If additional duties arise, there will be the potential for you to work up to 20 hours a week. Your workdays and hours are flexible, but as of now, your workdays will be Monday through Friday.
