Most people see a glass of cider/wine/beer and see alcohol, but you see a handcrafted beverage. You love seeing the look on others’ faces when they try the latest cider/wine/beer you created, and you could talk about fermentation for hours.

This role is responsible for day-to-day fermentations, filtrations and production of hard cider. You will work closely with a team of 3 to get your hands dirty by filling kegs, cleaning tanks, handling yeast rehydration and nutrient additions. You will work with chemicals, lift and move up to 150+ pound kegs onto and off pallets.
You will help 2 Towns Ciderhouse make hard cider without shortcuts. We refuse to add processed sugars, concentrates or artificial flavors, and instead use slow, cold fermentation methods to allow the fruit to speak for itself.
Please note: you must be at least 21 years old to make damn fine cider!
This position will work Monday-Thursday from 5:00 pm – 3:30 am
