High volume real estate office is hiring a part-time office administrator. The ideal candidate will be a personable team player with office administration procedures experience. Attention to detail, high-level organizational skills, and computer literacy are requirements for this position.
The person hired for this position will perform a variety of duties to support the company including but not limited to:
Answering & directing multiple phone lines
Greeting customers and clients
Setting up transaction files, data entry in a paperless system environment
Assisting agents with various policy and procedure related questions
Coordinating assigned projects
Troubleshooting IT problems (PC, Mac, corporate printers and all types of smartphones)
Job Qualifications:
Previous real estate industry experience preferred but not required
Proficient in Microsoft office including Publisher and Excel and in Windows, Android and IOS Apps
IT knowledge/troubleshooting skills
Proficient in real estate technology a plus [ZipForms, DocuSign, MLS, Dropbox, paperless systems, etc.]
Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Organizational & time management skills
Problem-solving & decision-making skills
Outgoing personality with a friendly demeanor
Must have the ability to work independently and be very trustworthy
Positive attitude and dependability a MUST
