Footwear Express is searching for a motivated Retail Manager (specialty footwear and accessories) that enjoys working with customers and is able to display leadership to staff. Our stores specialize in customer service, so it is important to be outgoing, friendly, and a quick learner.
Previous retail sales experience REQUIRED
Previous management experience preferred
Job Duties include:
Retail sales of specialty shoes and accessories
Opening/closing of retail store
Stock receiving and maintenance
Daily store maintenance and operation
Handle customer returns and grievances
Train staff
Delegate tasks to Sales Associates
Ensure that staff follow store policies and procedures
Keep inventory up to date in POS system
Maintain store files and records
