Requirements:
Minimum qualification: experience performing stores and inventory work; and training or experience providing knowledge of inventory control systems, and transportation agencies and shipping methods. Requires a valid Oregon Food Handler’s certificate within 30 days of employment. Must successfully complete a Criminal History Check and a motor vehicle history check, and be determined to be position qualified.

Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to perform receiving tasks essential to the successful operation of the dining unit, maintaining adequate quantities of food and non-food supplies, receiving and checking accuracy of deliveries, properly storing supplies, and delivering supplies requested to dining locations per the requisitions from the assigned micro restaurants. This involves proper handling, storage, and sanitation; and timely handling of stock.
