Property Management and Refurbishment Company involved in high-end property improvement and maintenance based in Corvallis seeks employee / independent contractor able to work independently a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Salary dependent upon experience, but will equate to $45.00 per hour starting pay, with increased pay rate over time and bonuses for timely project completions available.
Must be familiar and capable of producing a high level of work product across all trades or directing this, from concrete foundations to roofing, or have the ability to rapidly learn all trades.
Requirements:
1) Must own your own basic tools and be familiar with safety and operational procedures of tools used in the trades —we supply specialized tools
2) Must own reliable transportation and have a valid license and insurance
3) Minimum of 10 years experience in the trades that can be documented with good references
4) A background check will be conducted prior to employment. Employment is contingent upon passing this background check, which includes criminal history
5) Must have a valid verifiable social security number number and proper legal status to work in Oregon and the USA
6) Illegal drug use is not tolerated and applicants may be subjected to random drug testing and testing prior to commencing full-time employment

Task examples:
-manual labor encompassing all aspects of home maintenance, multiple family and acreage maintenance.
-painting and masking at a high level on $500k to $1 million and up properties
-installing gutters and caulking
-replacing circuit breaker or GFCI and new fixtures
-installing ABS/PVC and using Pex-A/B properly
-Weeding and installing gravel and landscape features
-installing insulation, drywall and siding
-installing windows, doors and appliances
-roughing in plumbing
