Are you looking for an accounting position and want to gain experience? Sisu Extracts is looking for go getters with minimal accounting/bookkeeping/billing experience interested in the field of accounting. Your main responsibilities will be creating bills for the accounting team. We assure you this is no easy job and expect your math and reasoning skills to be one of your best attributes.

Job duties include working closely with our accounting team to create bills, ensure legal requirements and compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and possibly manage invoices and tax payments. Our ideal candidate is highly analytical, holds a Finance degree or certificate and is familiar with accounting software packages, like Quickbooks and XERO.
Responsibilities May Include:
Create Bills and Invoices
Process accounts receivable/payable
Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Verify that transactions are recorded correctly in XERO
Manage multiple transaction forms
Enter data, maintain records and reports and financial statements
Minor office duties
Requirements:
Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills
Must be able to work remotely and communicate with the team on an hourly basis
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
Proficiency in English and in MS Office
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, self motivated
BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (preferred)
Willingness to work as a team and independently
Must be willing to work non-traditional hours
Must be able to sit and stare at a computer for the majority of your shift
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $17/hr (DOE)
