Requirements/responsibilities
Answer all incoming phone calls and rememberNothing happens till you get the car in the shop.
Keep customers happy and build relationships (Director of WOW!)
Verify information on a completed invoice is coherently filled out
Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing software and marketing technology
Receive client information input in management software
Maintain an organized neat and safe office area
Send out all reminder letters, post cards and thank you cards
Knowledge of MS Office and Excel and mail merge required
Organize ads and letters coupons assigned from me
Greet and write up clients coming in for service
Get as many testimonials as possible
Receive parts into inventory
About Integrity Auto Repair:
We have been in the Eugene area for over 20 years. We recently move to one of the largest facilities in this area. We currently have 12 lifts and 17 total work areas. We have outstanding marketing that positions us for incredible growth.
I am sure you will agree, our office work area is the nicest you have seen from an auto repair shop. Our clients enjoy Keurig coffee, bottled water, sodas, juices, snacks, free WI-fi, large screen t.v., with a computer connected to the t.v., tall kitchen table (for those who wish to work while waiting) , Leather recliner and a recliner sofa, a clean play area for children, we even have a very nice fireplace and more! This is not your regular repair shop.
