We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator/Drafter at our Prestress Division in Harrisburg, Oregon!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Reviewing and understanding contract plans and specifications.

- Preparing submittal and production drawings.

- Preparing material orders.

- Managing internal production and shipping schedules.

- Data entry/project coordination.

- Manage communication and planning between project design team and production staff.

- Internal product inspection and traveling to jobsites to facilitate deliveries/installation.

- Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed.

- Other duties assigned as needed.

Hours are typically Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but may vary depending on work load.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Two year Associate degree in Drafting and/or equivalent work experience.

- AutoCAD experience preferred. 3D Modeling is a plus (Revit, Inventor).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

- Strong organizational skills.

- Attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize is a must.

- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, night shifts, and overtime.

- Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members.
