DescriptionExtra Help Clerical $17.69/hrABOUT THE POSITIONThis position will primarily focus on a variety of technical and functional office assistance tasks, such as maintaining records, carrying out procedures, offering telephonic support to members, triaging calls, and data entry. Telephone support tasks would include: assisting members with their identified need, providing education about how to access mental health and substance use services, and communicating with behavioral health and primary care providers.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Hours will vary dependent on program needs. Extra Help employees may work up to a maximum of 520 hours per fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020.This is an non-represented positionABOUT THE DIVISIONTrillium Behavioral Health supports a range of mental health services in Lane County including: services delivered by consumer and parent run organizations, community prevention efforts including parent training & suicide prevention for teens, crisis response, out-patient treatment, intensive community-based treatment supports and residential and hospital services.QUALIFICATIONSEquivalent to the completion of the 12th grade and two years of responsible clerical experience. Experience in Behavioral Health office is preferred, but not required. This position is subject to a full criminal offender information record check. If fingerprinting is required, the fee is paid for by the successful candidate and the expense is non-reimbursable.
