Prep: This is an ideal position for someone who likes early mornings and has some experience working with dough.
We can train if you show aptitude, ability to focus on the task at hand and are organized. We work with prep lists and our recipe books, calculating daily needs, keeping stock items at par levels and building commissary orders for the other locations.
Clean driving record is necessary.
We are also looking for experienced pizza kitchen workers. Experience with hand tossed dough, oven management and cleanliness are preferred qualities.
