Pyre Nashville Hot Chicken is hiring. I need someone with BOH experience and bonus points if you've worked with point of sale systems, even more bonus points if you've worked with square. 98 percent of the cooking is deep frying.
This is a part time position but if it's a great fit it can turn into full time. My goal is to transition to opening 7 days a week so there would be times you will be working alone in the food cart. In the beginning I'm looking for a closer. I currently close at 6:30 most nights but I would like to extend my nights a bit. No late nights though. You need to be very comfortable working in very tight spaces with other people.
