Salary Range: $6,393-$8,713 per month, plus full benefits package
(Note: On July 1, 2021, S&DS positions will receive a 2.08% wage increase.)
Lane Council of Governments (LCOG) is hiring a Program Manager for its Senior & Disability Services (S&DS) division. The purpose of this position is to serve as senior level management within the agency and the division, and as such the role is responsible for oversight of several programs and units within the agency. Oversees and supports unit managers, strategically leads their programs, ensures compliance with State and other contracts, and monitors and resolves grievances and other personnel matters.
This position manages unit managers and some first line management staff. Provides guidance and oversight of the S&DS Area Plan.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in specialized field and seven years progressively responsible experience, including managerial experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge, and ability required to perform the job.
-Valid Oregon State driver's license.
-Passing a background check is required for this position.
