Direct Support Professional will be responsible to uphold the company mission of supporting individuals to meet the 8 dimensions of wellness. This would include ADLs and IADLs. Employees are required to follow company policy and procedures to ensure compliance with all state and federal laws. Employees will provide hygiene assistance, medication administration and management, meal prep, light house duties, transportation, and community inclusion. The ideal candidate will be soft spoken, full of energy, and has firm boundaries. Be a self starter and take the initiative to support your team and willing to learn all aspects of the field.
