River Rock Family Practice is a well established primary care clinic in Grants Pass, Or. We are excited to be opening a second location in Medford and are looking for MD/DO/FNP/PA to join our team. We strive to have a fun work atmosphere while helping patients reach their health goals.
Requirements:
We are looking for a self motivated provider with the following qualities:
Enjoy working with a broad spectrum of patients and be willing to meet them at their current level to help them improve their overall health.
Being committed to quality care and advanced learning in the clinical setting
Prefer primary care experience and ability/willingness to perform well women exams as well as manage chronic disease states.
Team player who will work collaboratively with staff and patients to treat patient and focus on preventive care needs
Compensation: (MUST have proof of no applicable Non-Compete)
Starting Salary at $120K DOE (Relocation bonus is negotiable)
Robust benefit package including 401K, Company match and profit share
4 Day work weeks with very limited after hours call (a few weeks a year)
Earn up to 6 weeks PTO
