Marquis Springfield is hiring a Full-Time Admissions Nurse to join our family.
Admissions Nurse:
As the Admissions Nurse, you will be responsible for the admission process, working directly with the care management team and charge nurse to assure confidence and reassurance to each admitting resident. You will work in collaboration with the Hospital discharge nurse as well as the facility Hospital Liaison and Admission Care Coordinator to assure the flow of information is consistent and orders are accurate. You will be the facilitator of a positive and safe admission process ensuring the resident has a good customer experience and smooth transition from the hospital or prior location.Qualifications:
The qualified candidate will have a RN or LPN license in the State of Oregon with at least 2+ years working experience as a Nurse. Skilled Nursing and/or Community Based Care Nursing experience is required.Benefits:
