Clean Solutions is looking for a candidate to join our team that is a proven leader, displays integrity, is dependable, values attention to detail and is Customer Service oriented. This is a 35-37 hour a weekday shift position. The hours are Monday-Friday 9:00AM-4:00PM Starting asap!
The responsibilities include working with established cleaning standards and procedures.
o Clean and Maintain Stock in Restrooms
o Common Area Upkeep
o Maintain Areas throughout the day
o Clean Glass doors
o Outside Garbage/Recycle
o Inside Garbage/Recycle
o Clean waiting areas
o Fill all dispensers
o Cobwebbing
o Polish Stainless steel in the elevator
o Works with Clients and Customers in a friendly professional manner
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must possess excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and listening
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to communicate, read, write and follow instructions.
- Excellent decision making and judgment skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be self-motivated and observant
