Terpening Terrace, Eugene’s Upscale retirement community seeks a full-time Maintenance Assistant/Custodian to join our Maintenance team. We are looking for a candidate who has passion, integrity, dedication, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize, and enjoys working with seniors.
Work schedule is Full-time 30hrs/week: 8:00am to 4:30pm Friday through Tuesday. Two days are working as Custodian and two days as a Maintenance Assistant. Basic Maintenance knowledge appreciated but not necessary. Qualified candidate needs to pass criminal background, drug test, and be vaccinated or be willing to have COVID vaccine at earliest opportunity.
