Growing and changing Liquid Herbal Extract Company is seeking a knowledgeable compliance officer to manage our GMP certifications, audits and ensure we are compliant with our operations. Specifically, we are looking for someone capable of the following:
- Manage GMP certifications and lead audits
- Improving systems as they relate to compliance
- Conducting Internal Audits
- SOP Creation
- Schedule and conduct staff trainings
- QC Verification of GMP logs and documents
- Facilitate vendor qualifications
- Act as a resource for compliance issues and questions
- Organic Certification management
- Preparing the following documents:
o Specification Establishments
o Finished-product specification sheets
o Raw Material Release forms
o Release for Shipping Documents
o Validation Logs
o SOP training logs
o Lab Submission Forms, including raw material, finished product, and swabs and quarterly water testing
o COAs
o MSDS
o Allergen Testing
o Receiving forms
o GMP audit documents and records
- Reviewing the following documents:
o Completed BPRs
o Cleaning Logs
o Test results
o Internal Audits
- Filing the following documents:
o All above records and documents
o Calibration records
o Pest control records
o Contracts and Agreements
Necessary Qualifications:
Experience with Quality Control and FDA regulations
Knowledge of office platforms such as Microsoft and Outlook
Ability to handle multiple, rapidly changing priorities
Independent, proactive, extremely detail oriented, dependable, organized and be able to handle multiple tasks
Must be results focused and oriented toward accomplishment of team and organizational goals
Ability to work with minimal supervision while remaining productive at all times
Must be able to work in a team environment and possess team-based problem-solving skills
Desire to improve systems and increase efficiency
Hours are Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm. Starting salary of $42,000.
