We are looking for dependable and compassionate employees with a desire to assist the people we support in achieving their goals and leading a high quality of life. You will be providing support with daily activities such as:
ï Community activities and outings
ï Implementing positive behavior supports
ï Basic life skills coaching
ï Medication administration
ï Performing household duties
ï Shopping
ï Cooking
ï Personal Hygiene
ï Personal Care
ï Bathing
Successful candidate will also have computer experience, and possess good oral and written communication skills. Some experience in social, human services, care-giving or medical field is desired, but not required.
Full-time, part-time and on-call positions are available for day, swing and awake overnight shifts.
Some programs require an ability to work with people with challenging behaviors and personal cares.
Compensation: $11.37-14.40+ Benefits + Paid time off + $500 hiring bonus
Job requirements:

ï¼ 18+ years of age
ï¼ Current and valid driver's license
ï¼ Acceptable driving record
ï¼ Ability to pass criminal background check per state of Oregon standards
ï¼ Ability to lift, push or pull over 50lbs frequently and over 100lbs occasionally
ï¼ Basic computer and Internet skills
ï¼ Two acceptable professional references
