Job Summary

We are looking for a front office staff person who loves dentistry and learning new things.

This candidate must be comfortable with new technology, must be a people person who is comfortable answering phones, greeting patients, making appointments, and collecting outstanding balances.

Responsibilities and Duties

Greet patients

Answer phones

Schedule appointments, go over treatment plans

Keep front office and reception area tidy

Collect balances

Upkeep accurate data entry of patient information and insurances

Champion the overall patient experience, etc

Qualifications and Skills

Must have High school Diploma or equivalent

Extensive Office and customer service experienced desired

Excellent written and oral communication

Dental experience preferred.

Experience with EagleSoft/Dentrix Dental Software is strongly preferred

Positive attitude and ability to work well with children and staff

Good interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members and community

Team player

Able to adapt to office policy improvements (office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service)

Some Spanish is a plus
