We are looking for a full-time Field Support Technician to support the overall maintenance and functioning of hardware and software in both our retail and office environments.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform on site general maintenance tasks, troubleshoot and repair computer stations, applications, and other technology based retail equipment
Install, configure, and support Windows workstations and local area networks, including software application support
Computer & network repair and preventative maintenance
Recommend maintenance procedures, equipment and component needs
Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly
Maintain an inventory of all technology equipment
Data entry and documentation
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience solving computer problems and ability to diagnose technical issues
Experience and/or training with computer hardware and software installation and upkeep
Experience and/or training with local area networks
Willingness to learn and apply new technology
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Excellent troubleshooting aptitude
