We are looking for a personable and hard-working individual to budtend at our retail Cannabis dispensary. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service, a positive outlook, and exceptional communication skills. The PT budtender will work closely with clients, and is expected to provide outstanding customer service, thereby maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of cannabis industry experience or come from a retail and/or food service background. You must be available to work every weekend. This position will start as part time with room to grow into full time.

Responsibilities:
-Provide customer service to increase customer loyalty and repeat sales.
-Ensure customer satisfaction by serving customers effectively and efficiently.
-Grow individual customer base; be knowledgeable.
-Understand and enforce OLCC compliance laws and regulations.
-Opening and/or closing the store with a supervisor.
-Updating/Auditing store menus.
-Assisting with operations as directed by management.
