Field Tech Support Engineer

White Glove Support must visit and provide support to migrated end users.

Visits begin in the office at the beginning of the shift, usually at 8:00 AM.

Minor modifications may be needed in sites where there may be multiple workers

In general, a white glove contractor should be able to move 12-20 people per day (after the first week) for an office setup. and specific user needs

Imaging engineer

1 to 3 years experience

Knowledge of SOP-based computer image installation

Operating system and software installation, updates, and security patches/antivirus\ n

Hardware hot -exchange and rebuild/restructure.

In addition to the required customer relations skills, the selected candidate will have Level 1 or 2 experience in the management, support and implementation of Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems and related hardware components. Microsoft 365 administration and support experience preferred. Microsoft certifications more. Experience working in corporate IT support or for another MSP is most beneficial, but not required.

Candidates must have the following skills and abilities:

- At least one year of experience in similar technical support.

- Excellent communication skills ( written and verbal)

- Ability to be on time and responsible for tracking daily time spent on client work through a ticketing system

- Configuration/troubleshooting of Microsoft Office suite and supported email programs such as Microsoft Outlook

- Configuration/troubleshooting of Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive for Business

- Identity management in local Active-Directory or M365 Entra ID

- Understand M365 service and subscription options

- Learn from memory in Windows and without seeing it

- Nice command line interface and Microsoft PowerShell

- Allows you to manage network connections, firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points, etc. for installation and troubleshooting.

- DHCP, DNS and TCP/IP operation, configuration, and troubleshooting

- Installation and troubleshooting. manage shared anti-virus and anti-malware software (Sophos)

- Connecting Network printers and other IT related stuff
