Do you have some serious videography chops, with a solid knowledge base in livestreaming as well as creativity-inducing programs such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects? Marathon Coach is looking for a full-time, qualified videographer our for our Coburg location. Enjoy working for the world's largest luxury bus converter and dealer as you perform all facets of videography and marketing.

We're looking for that special someone with an eye for detail and a knack for meeting deadlines.

Perhaps you have a killer portfolio, a cat named Lavalier or a videography and marketing resume longer than your arm. Is Facebook Live your happy place? Do you have an aversion to low resolution and know good sound quality when you hear it. Are you a creative problem solver and good on the fly? If you consider lighting apparatuses your friends, love trying out new angles and relish the thought of spot-on branding, Marathon wants to meet you.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborates with team to conceptualize, creates content, films, processes and edits videos for external and internal use.

Captures high resolution, high quality footage and images at production facility and occasionally on-location for special events.

Shoot team member spotlights, major events, marketing content, B-roll, new coaches, pre-owned coaches, behind-the-scenes and more.

Trims film segments or edits video to specified lengths and reassembles segments in sequence that presents story with maximum effect.

Reviews assembled film or edited video on screen or monitor and makes corrections.

Streams live, saves in HD and uploads to other outlets.

Polishes video taken by Marathon associates on the go for best possible results.

Assists in other marketing endeavors as needed.

Helps plan and promote upcoming events.

Good eye for organization; may include key wording metadata for video and photograph database.

Significant skill and experience in videography. Projects may include show coach videos, training videos, coach feature shorts, video blogs and more.

Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

TECHNICAL TRAINING

Must be conversant with Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop. Should be comfortable working with various tripods and camera stabilizers, heavy-duty camera slider, iPads with iRig audio interfaces and GoPros.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
