seeking a qualified, committed and enthusiastic Automotive Lead Tech/Mechanic. As an (Lead Tech) you will quickly and efficiently perform diagnose all jobs that come in. Provide routine maintenance and repair on most vehicles and help with customer support.
Requirements include:
Working with Manager and the staff as a team.
Experience diagnosing and repairing: engine/performance, air-conditioning, electrical systems, brake systems, suspension and transmissions.
Must have working knowledge of shop equipment such as diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
The ideal candidate will possess:

Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of team work and Customer Service.
-Ability to perform repairs on all vehicle brands, foreign, domestic, cars, trucks
-Ability to think independently and work well with a team, as this position requires ability to give direction to other Mechanic's and help diagnose and communicate to the Shop Manager, other mechanics and to customers the repairs needed.
-Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

-Must have your own basic tools of the trade.
