Hello!
We are a locally based crew in the State of Oregon, working along the I-5 corridor. We are actively searching for a roofer that we can utilize services on a consistent basis, and someone who is a skilled carpenter/skilled in finish work. Also looking for a plumbing and an electrician. We are also growing our demolition crew!
We are not looking to have a GC run or manage our projects.
We have a smooth running system that allows us to perform these jobs quickly and efficiently so that we can keep the work consistent.
The perfect partners will possess the following qualities:
Construction Experience
Ownership of (or is willing to obtain) their own tools
Reliable Transportation (REQUIRED)
Ability to work in outside conditions such as; heat, cold, snow, and rain
If inquiring in regards to a skilled position (i.e. roofing, electrical, plumbing) - EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Estimated earning potential is per subcontractor, efficiency, speed, and experience.
