Our client has a new opportunity for a Level 3 Technician who will be working in a corporate environment located onsite with one of our largest and most well-known customers. This position is in the Negotiated Business Solutions group handling requests for support of software / hardware that are not supported by the regular IT support group.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Putting OS on client laptops / desktops / tablets, configuration of laptops / desktops / tablets and client data migration
- Advanced break / fix support of software / hardware issues for clients
- Managing and updating tickets via the client's ticketing database
- Flexibility changing directions within an hour, sometimes les
- Travelling between buildings using personal vehicle / via foot
- 3-5 years technical experience desired
- A+ certification required within 90 days of start date
- Windows / Linux imaging experience required
- Advanced Windows OS troubleshooting
- Basic server imaging with limited troubleshooting
- Basic Linux OS troubleshooting
- Basic printer support and troubleshooting
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. solo
- May be required to walk / sit / stand / crawl / kneel for extended periods
- Must have excellent customer service skills and excellent written / verbal communication skills
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel and Word primarily) and Windows 7, 8 and 10
