- Leads and directs one of more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and/or modification of Technology Projects
- Prepares project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team.
- Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the technical requirements of the assignment.
- Experienced or mid-level Program Manager with approx. 6-8 total years of combined project/program management experience within software delivery to understand how agile software development delivery works.
- Must have some recent experience working as a Program Manager, not just looking for a Project Manager
- Must come from large enterprise working on software delivery
- Targeting those product development experience, experienced with technology/technical teams and vendors,
- Need to understand Program Management and have experience/exposure in terms of proactive communication and stakeholder management,
- Experience working across different geos.
- Communication is huge, will communicate across all levels of the organization, need to be able steer conversations with Senior Directors all the way down to Engineering teams.
- Proactive planning and risk management skills- able to do upfront analysis and look into the big picture.
- Strong aptitude and quick learner
