Caring for and keeping our cows fed on our family dairy farm, is one of the most important tasks and responsibilities on the farm. Providing our animals with freshly ground and high quality grain is one way we do that! Currently, our Family Dairy Farm is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, organized and hard working individual to manage our grain system. The basic duties of this position are to run, operate and maintain the grain system and area, as well as keep track of daily grain inventory that is received, moved and used. Operation of this system is vital to the dairy and keeping animals fed. The system itself is not complex but takes the right person to understand, maintain and run it efficiently. Experience in a mill or similar is preferred.
We are looking for someone who is able to problem solve, work well with others and communicate with the manager on a daily basis.
