Hourly wage depends on expertise and experience, tools owned, vehicle, etc. Electrical repair, plumbing repair, roofing repair, painting, hanging fixtures, hanging doors, installing accessories, trash hauling, cleaning, weed eating, etc. The more you can do, the more valuable you are & the higher the pay rate.
You will need a cell phone, transportation and personal tools.
A pickup, a trailer and the ability to pull a trailer will come in handy.
