Customer Service Representative, Medical Store

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Medical Store Customer Service Representative position. The Medical Store Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic wayAnswer telephone calls promptlyRoute patient information to appropriate personnel/departments as necessary to order, deliver, and bill medical products and servicesManage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely mannerFollow call 'scripts' when handling different topicsIdentify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutionsKeep records of customer conversations in Norco's electronic system in a comprehensible wayRoute patient information to appropriate personnel/departments as necessary to order, deliver, and bill medical products and servicesHelp with equipment deliveries when neededWarehouse dutiesDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and useEfficiently assess customer needs for product or servicesEducates patients/clients on medical products and servicesProcess customer orders and accurately input customer orders into the computerPerform other tasks as assigned or necessary
