Kelly Technology is looking for a Training Lead/Change Partner for a direct hire role open with our healthcare client, one of the leading healthcare providers in North-West US.
Title: Training Lead - ERP Implementation Program Level: Principal Change Partner Location: Renton, WA (preferred) OR Portland, OR and Irvine, CA Client Industry: Healthcare Direct Hire, Full Time with great benefits and relocation support Hybrid (3 days on site) Travel: possible travel to Renton, WA around go-live around June 2022 JOB OVERVIEW Will facilitate training engagement and training deployment for over 100,000 users to deliver ERP (Oracle Supply Chain, HR & Payroll, Finance, Chronos) - related trainings. The training courses have been developed by implementation IS Partner, a well-known consulting company. Partnering with implementation partner on training deployments Planning engagement activities and training schedules Coordinate enrollment activities Recruiting the trainers Coordination and facilitation with cross-functional teams on meeting training goals and deadlines. After completing current ERP-related training engagement projects/tasks, this role will support Change Management team for other projectsSKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITITES 5 years of training or cross-functional leading experience as the leader of a training organization Experience with facilitating enrollment into large-scale training programs. Experience with Articulate or similar E-Learning Authoring apps. Knowledge of and experience with adult learning principles/platforms, performance improvement, and Learning Management systems and operations Experience managing and developing team members Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen to think strategically, and translate a strategy to an innovative, implementable plan Strong customer service orientationPREFERRED Consulting experience and project management skills related to Training activities Experience with complex/transformational projects Advanced degree in life sciences, education, business, or extensive experience in training, or organizational developmentInterested in this role?
