Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg to become part of our client's team in McMinnville, Oregon 97128. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.Salary (Union Pay Scale)$40.78-$51.47 (1-9 years of experience)$51.77-$58.86 (10-25 years of experience)Shift DifferentialsNight Shift Differential: $6.50 per hourWeekend Shift Differential: $2.00 per hourShift7pm-7:30am - x3 shifts per weekRequirements

Unencumbered RN Oregon state license.

Acute Care/Med Surg experience (preferred). Open to LTC, Hospice, or similar background.

At least 1 year of experience as an RN.

BLS certification (or within 3 months of hire)

Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse leverages their comprehensive nursing education and hands-on experience to provide patient care, following the established nursing process in alignment with hospital guidelines, policies, and protocols. In critical, life-threatening scenarios, the RN takes decisive action with appropriate interventions. The RN efficiently manages and coordinates patient care by prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and continuously assessing and adjusting care strategies.Job Duties

Exhibits proficiency in utilizing the Nursing Process for diverse age groups, including Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics.

Meticulously documents in compliance with regulatory standards and hospital requirements.

Engages in the prudent management of healthcare resources.

Commits to maintaining clinical competency and ongoing professional growth.

Applies theoretical knowledge and practical skills within a clinical setting.

Capable of working various shifts and days.

Actively contributes to patient care and satisfaction improvement projects and initiatives.

Must exercise sound judgment, exhibit patience, and uphold a professional demeanor consistently.

Must thrive in fast-paced and high-stress environments.

Proficient in computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic medical records software.
