Job Description

As a part of this team, The Sales Support Specialist plays an integral role in our sales teams' overall success and occupancy outcomes. This position is responsible for driving thecompany sales targets to meet the company objectives. Accountable for carrying out strategicsales plans and training based on company goals that will promotesalesgrowth and customer satisfaction for the organization. This position works directly with the SR Director of Sales and Marketing to align and develop strategic plans for the organization and support carrying out sales plans to reach desired outcomes.

  • Development of an employee-oriented, Team Springs company sales culture that emphasizes empowerment, ongoing business and goal achievement, team-based outcomes, genuine relationship-building, and high performance
  • Maintains and drive critical strategic indicators of success, including required marketing leads, close rates, occupancy, sales activity completion, average/maximum vacant unit time, and sales networking/outreach
  • Drives quality of outcomes for overall sales success
  • Help carry out implemented sales plans and strategies for effective management of The Springs Living's 18+ locations, 2,500 apartments, and 30+ sales employees to achieve the company's goals alongside SR. Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Assist with ongoing coaching and training of new sales directors
  • Participates in site visits with the SR. Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Provides leadership to the sales team while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior
  • Establishes and maintains productive peer-to-peer relationships with cross-site sales and management teams.
  • Create and provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting with SR. Director of Sales
  • Accountable for effective sales organization and procedures, including sales job roles, sales process move-in processes, sales CRM and general sales support

Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5+ of sales and sales management experience
  • Senior living sales management experience is preferred
  • This position requires travel to our various locations 85% of the time in our communities and our home office in McMinnville - The Springs Living is comprised of 18 locations in Oregon and Montana
