Kelly Services is excited to be offering a Accounts Receivable Billing Representative in Grants Pass, OR!
Pay Rate:$12.00-$15.00/hr (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (Possible Overtime. Overtime likely in the first month)
JOB OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for various accounts receivable functions including working with customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily
Answering phones and helping customers with A/R questions
Cash receipts (checks and visas) including opening and preparing checks for posting and/or running visa payments in World Pay, inputting into Mas500 system and scanning checks for deposit into bank account
Responsible for putting customer accounts on/off hold with (OOGP and outside vendors as needed)
Fill out credit verification with outside vendors
Weekly/Monthly:
Importing vendor invoices for approx. 1/4 of Buying Group vendors (learn Mas500 BG import procedures)
Reconcile vendor statements in order for payments to be made to suppliers
Preparing and maintaining quarterly contribution reports for state associations
Contacting customers and follow-up for outstanding receivables
Preparing quarterly reports for Premium Vendor Program
TOOLS, EQUIPMENT and PROGRAMS USED:
Computer, calculator, fax, copier/scanner, Excel, Word, Mas500
Previous Banking or Accounts Receivable experience required.
