Rogue Community College seeks an innovative and experienced academic leader to fill the position of Grants Coordinator. Review of candidate materials will begin March 29th, 2019. Anticipated start date May 2019.

Overview:

Rogue Community College is a public, three-campus, comprehensive community college serving two counties in beautiful southern Oregon. The rapidly growing region is an area of scenic beauty, exciting recreational and outdoor opportunities, and growing cultural diversity. The College offers two-year transfer degrees, career and technical training degrees/certificates; a variety of workforce and short-term programs and services, and academic basic skills and community education classes. In addition, the College provides small business development services. The current enrollment is 5717.34 FTE.

Position Summary:

Provides leadership for federal, state, and private sponsored or grant funded projects. Performs pre and post-award coordination to ensure effective use of sponsored resources to achieve college strategic goals. Develops and directs grant writing activities to leverage collaborative opportunities with state, federal, and local partners. Works with project partners to ensure post-award grant compliance, including developing and administering training.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting salary is $49,588.68 annually, $201.58 daily rate (Pro-rated for partial fiscal year contract), entry Level for Grade B on the 2018/19 Faculty Professional Salary Schedule. Benefits include family medical, dental, and vision Insurance; employee life insurance ($20,000); pro-rated paid vacation, holidays, sick leave and contract leave; membership in PERS/Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan (OPSRP) when eligible; 12-credit tuition waiver per quarter, and eligibility for professional growth funds.
