Gary West Meats is looking to add an Administrator to manage inventory, daily deposits, and overall store and staff management. The position is part-time with scheduling flexibility.
Responsibilities
· Store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
· Managing staff to ensure store condition and visual merchandising standards
· Scheduling of staff
· Able to meet OLCC Inventory control, ordering, and stocking.
· Maintain excellent record keeping
Skills
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· OLCC Inventory control knowledge helpful
· Computer skills: Microsoft Office, EDI, and POS
· Money handling
· Basic food and wine knowledge
· Receiving product shipments frequently and lifting 10-20 lb frequently and up to 50 lb occasionally
· High School Degree or equivalent
· Must be 21+ years of age with current Food Handlers License and OLCC permit
