CPM Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking an organized, efficient individual to conduct routine inspections, do property checks, give tours to prospective tenants of rental units throughout the Ashland area and do other field work as requested by manager.
In addition to providing tours of available/coming available units to interested parties, this position may assist the front desk with applications, answering phones, data entry, etc.
The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience, is computer literate, has the ability to self-manage and prioritize and enjoys working with the public. Must also have a valid driver's license, be drug free and have the desire for career growth.
This is a Monday - Friday position, 8:30-5:30.
Salary: $13.50/hour
