The roles and responsibilities of this position include daily communication with team members, researching all aspects of destination needs, preparing and presenting vacation itineraries, making reservations for car rentals,
flights, hotels, etc., responding
promptly to inquiries, documenting
client needs properly, following
company procedures and policies,
following up with clients for additional
needs, and attending corporate
meetings online.
The requirements for this position
include
having a phone (a laptop is preferred
but not required),
a good internet connection,
the ability to handle working under pressure and meeting deadlines consistently,
the ability to plan and manage client's needs with little to no supervision,
attend Zoom meetings when required and effectively communicating.
