Not all duties assigned to every position are included, nor is it expected that all positions will be assigned every duty.· Spiral Binding, Comb binding, laminations, Cutting, Press Board, Carbon Copies, Folding (example Brochures), 5 bank tab creations, Scanning, ordering supplies toner, paper, tabs· Extensive knowledge of Outlook· Strong Customer service skills· Ability to log all completed jobs· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.· Extensive knowledge of production machines· Knowledge of toner changes and waste toner changes· Must work well with others in a team setting and at times work independently· Complete all jobs in a timely manner· Delivery of jobs at times is needed· Must be able to stand for long periods of time· Strong computer skills a mustREQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent, 1+ years’ experience in a Call Center/Administrative environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of filing and general record keeping.

Knowledge of basic mathematics and general office practices.

Ability to compare data from a variety of sources for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and format.

Ability to prepare and/or process financial documents.

Ability to determine work priorities.

Work EnvironmentWork in the copy center with other professionals. Jobs often involve standing for long periods.
