Seeking live-in resident manager for an adult foster home serving persons with developmental disabilities. Seeking responsible, reliable individual to provide support to 2-4 adults in a quite rural setting. Ideal candidate will be comfortable with providing basic ADL support to adults as well as maintain a tidy home, cook meals, do laundry, and other general household chores. Familiarity with using a hoyer lift and g-tube feeding is a plus. Two days off weekly. Must be able to read and write English, update documents timely and accurately. Must be tolerant of pets and livestock. Position pays $2000/month base rate to provide part time respite. Compensation increases with full complement of two residents and periodic respite of two additional individuals. Basic room and board provided at no cost to caregiver.
