Looking for a professional experienced medical phones/scheduler for busy medical family practice in Medford. This practice has many providers with a high volume of calls and several phone lines and constant interruptions. We are looking for someone who has strong customer service, has some insurance knowledge, able to handle difficult people, must be detailed, strong communication skills, some insurance knowledge, taking detailed messages, schedule appointments and procedures, transfer calls to the direct departments or to the correct person, answer a high volume of calls with calm demeanor, good data entry, good computer skills, and professional on the phones and with co workers. This position is Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:30 the pay is $13-14 per hour DOE.
Must be able to pass criminal background checks, drug screen, and reference checks.
