Charles Point apartment is looking to add another team member to our cleaning staff. We offer consistent hours and pay through out the year. Job does include paid vacation, sick time and 401K upon eligibility. The job consists of cleaning units for resident turn over and janitorial around the property, grounds and trash enclosures.
- Clean units in preparation for new tenants
- Clean community areas, gyms, bathrooms, etc
- Clean up after construction is complete
- Clean trash enclosures
- Dust and sweep breezeways and landings
- Wash Windows
- Other tasks as the job progresses

-Day Shift
