Position Available: CRUSHER OPERATOR/GROUNDS MAN
Qualifications:
Need positive attitude and the ability to work well with others and follow directions
Must be able to work in a professional manner and get along well with others
Must have knowledge of crusher plant operation with screen and conveyor systems
Need welding/fab and mechanical skills
Must be able to read and comprehend specifications, operators manuals, instructions and maintain operators log as necessary
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime
Must be able to lift 75 pounds repeatedly
Responsibilities:
Must Operate equipment such as a loader & Excavator proficiently
Operate and maintain crusher plant in safe, efficient manner
Keep inventory, prepare production schedules and report, and maintain operators log as necessary
Must comply with all MSHA regulations
Participate in quality control program to meet specifications & duties as directed by supervisor
Perform maintenance, repair, labor and operate crushing plant in support of crushing operations
Duties include clean-up, oiling, lubrication and miscellaneous repairs
Participate in quality control to meet specifications
Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed
