Position Maintenance Technician
Location: Grants Pass (regular travel within Josephine and Jackson Counties)
Type of Position: Regularly Schedule, Full-time, hourly. Will include occasional evenings and weekends
Starting Wages/Benefits: $15.OO - $15.50 /hour DOE.
Benefits include Paid Leave, Health, Vision, Dental, Life, Retirement
Education Requirements:
High school diploma/GED preferred. Preference will be given to applicants with
certificates or licenses related to maintenance
Experience Requirements:
3-4 years of previous maintenance/construction experience. Preference will be given to
candidates who have plumbing, carpentry, and/or electrical experience

Requirements Duties and Responsibilities
● Must be at least 18 years old
● Pass a State/Federal Criminal History Check
● Pre-employment drug screening (for the use of illegal drugs in
Oregon)
● Background screening including employment and education history
● Valid ODL with an insurable driving record
● Adherence to PCL’s Mission and Values, Ethical Guidelines,
Playbook Attributes, and Standards of Conduct
● Consistent, professional dress and manner
● Regular and dependable attendance
● Be able to use a smartphone and tablet
● Be able to routinely lift 50 pounds independently
● Greet people with a positive, helpful
attitude
● Fix and repair items as identified on
work orders or otherwise assigned
● Pickup and delivery of all items such as
office furniture, furniture to homes, etc.
● Complete duties associated to monthly
preventative maintenance
