Sanctuary One is looking for a motivated and compassionate Operations Manager to join our team! If you’re passionate about organic farming, sustainability, and hands-on work, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
Safely operate farming equipment and trailers.
Perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Collect and analyze data to improve efficiency and performance.
Utilize Excel, Word, and email for reporting and communication.
What We’re Looking For:
Knowledge in organic farming, hay production, carpentry, and basic mechanical tasks.
Physical stamina and ability to lift 40+ pounds.
Strong teamwork, communication, and basic math skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other computer tools.
Dependable, flexible, and highly organized.

This shift is for Thursday/Friday closing 10:30am-6:30pm, and Saturday/Sunday opening 7:30am-3:30pm (with half an hour lunch), a total of 30 hours a week. The pay is $21 an hour. This position has the potential to move to full time in the fall/winter.
