Resident Management Team Wanted for Self Storage Facility in Medford and Roseburg
We are seeking a two person team for two of our locations. One in Medford and the other in Roseburg. We are looking for a team with an emphasis on friendly and professional managers with similar values and commitment to maintain a clean, secure and well maintained facility. The position is full-time for both people (40-hrs each team member). The resident management team will need to live on-site in the apartment provided by the company. One team member will be responsible for the office management and the other team member will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of the storage facility. Both managers are expected to work well together and be willing to assist each other whenever needed. Both team members need to be able to show and rent units, explain the rental agreement to new customers, vacate units when someone moves out, clean units, process payments, etc. One team member will also be responsible for marketing the facility, which includes attending various meetings, events, etc.

Showing, Renting and Vacating Units
Processing Payments
Office/Admin Duties
Marketing
Tenant Collections
Cleaning Facility Units and Grounds
General Maintenance
Requirements:
This is a DRUG FREE/SMOKE FREE position
Self Storage Experience a plus but not necessary – willing to train the right team
Valid driver’s license – No DUI
A background check and drug screen is required (including for THC)
Computer knowledge and proficiency
Physical ability to maintain property
Position includes salary based at 13.50/hr with no experience plus on-site apartment with most utilities paid, paid vacation, sick days, life insurance. Pets must be pre-approved. Facility/Apartment/Inside gates are Non-Smoking and Drug Free areas.
