Gillmann Services Medford Branch is now hiring for an Internal Sales Position.

Gillmann is a family and veteran owned company that is looking for someone who wants to join our team. We are looking for someone who is driven, and as ambitious as our team of professionals. Is comfortable with and confident in sales and believes in our mission to break the barrier of standard staffing services.

Primary duties of an Internal Sales Position is to reach out to companies with employees or who need employees and sell our services to them. This position requires people skills, communication, attention to detail, tenacity and ambition. This position needs to handle business ina professional demeanor, and is creative and good with numbers. Customer Service is a core value to Gillmann Services, and this position is the face of that to our Customers and our reputation.

Job Responsibilities:

To represent Gillmann Services to surrounding companies in and outside of our valley, selling our services while maximizing profitability.

Maintain great communication between Internal Team and Customers.

Work with an Internal Team to produce high numbers and orders.

Keep a daily tracking report and meet with management on progress and updates daily.

Dispatch employees on their first day of new jobs- to ensure quality of service and assurance to our clients and employees.

Assisting Manager in some tasks such as collections, or on the job accidents.

Communicate and log details of information in emails and Avionte.

To work with a purpose and with integrity in all things you do.

Requirements:

Applicants must be comfortable being on job sites and talking to new people with ease in various environments and atmospheres.

Sales experience of at least a year.

Staffing & Recruiting knowledge. Understanding hiring and vetting processes.

Has a valid driver's license and insurance.

Interpersonal skills are a bonus. Knowledge of various jobs skills like construction, production, landscaping… etc.

Computer savvy- knowledge of uploading and keeping data in internal systems and able to send and check emails regularly.

Familiar with apple computers and operating a smartphone.

Must be goal driven and a team player.

Willing to go beyond basic job duties and lend a hand in office if it’s needed.

Able to retain great service and implement strategies to obtain new customers.

Is thorough and pays close attention to details.

Can pass a Drug Test, and Background Check.

Understanding of Jobsite Safety, OSHA Regulations, and proper PPE.

Shift is Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30

Will need to be available to dispatch jobs in early mornings before regular shift or after regular shift.

Pay is Salary plus Commissions. Salary is DOE

A successful sales manager can make 6 figures easily if driven and follows advice of Management and Owners.
